Our law firm Dr. iur. Marcel Rochaix offers legal advice and litigation on business and private law matters, as well as in criminal law. Moreover, the law firm is also active in matters involving sport law and in legal question regarding immigration law. Further, the law firm is specialized in legally representing children before courts or other authorities
The law firm can avail itself of several business contacts, both locally and abroad, which can be used in the client’s interest if such a need arises.
The offices of the law firm are located next to the train station in Schwerzenbach and can be easily reached within 15 minutes by train from the Zurich main station.
Our focus: the client
The client is put at the centre of every activity of the law firm Dr. Rochaix.
It’s not the lawyer who makes the last call, but rather the client himself. Therefore – and without neglecting the whole scenario – the client’s interests represent our main concern. Each and every single case is treated as an individual case which requires a specific and tailored solution, which is in turn crafted by the Dr. Rochaix.
Because of the personal relationship with the client, an individual degree of support can always be guaranteed, which is an essential component for a serious legal counseling.
